It is a rock, that is to say an aggregate of several minerals. It was recently discovered by Sid Pieters in Namibia. We find jasper (silicate family, SiO2) with inclusions of HAWK'S EYE and TIGER'S EYE. Through its harmonizing action on the head chakras, pietersite rebalances the energies associated with the pituitary gland, which regulates the endocrine system. In this way, it promotes a general feeling of well-being. Placed on the heart chakra (one week maximum) in association with LEPIDOLITE and KUNZITE, pietersite chases away dark thoughts and inspires us with clearer, more positive and confident thinking.
